I just want to say that this is a superb game, and its much better than the demo from several years ago. I love the vast majority of what you guys have done and the hard work you have put in is obvious. Some parts dont feel quite right to me though, so I thought I'd ask to see why you guys made the decision you did:
I was curious as to why the mouse becomes unresponsive when some spells are cast (the long charge time spell, and the flamethrower spells).
I ask because I find it quite annoying, especially for the long charge spell as enemies frequently walk (and sometimes dodge) out of the area you are aming at, causing the spell to miss. The long charge time already seems like enough of a penalty without losing the ability to aim.
Similarly, why can the player not move when spells are being cast? I.e. if you are using the flamethrower spell or performing a charge up for a spell, why cant you run around at the same time?
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
