It's almost like I actually feel like I'm about to die even though I've jumped from high distances many times before in video games prior. And weirdly it happens every single time, and I really can't remember a single moment that I don't feel that tiny bit of vertigo from rushing towards the ground. It's very strange to me, and it only occurs when I have a very large distance to fall. It doesn't happen if I am just standing there looking down.
Maybe I have a fear of heights or something? But it's weird because I can go out in real life and go to high places, but maybe I just don't like the idea of falling off so much? I guess if I feel secure, I don't have a problem, but if there is even a slight possibility of falling off then I do have that same feeling of vertigo. Such as climbing a tall ladder or unsafe staircase, or something like that.
Any help will be apprecited.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
Thank you.
