i hope this isnt old or anything, but its really good. basically i guess this guy recorded the first guy, then played it for all the other people and they all added on to it. its really fucking good i highly recommend watching it. my grandma sent the link to my brother and she said "Spencer - this is kind of fun and toe-tapping!", and she is right.

gabe out

i'm a robot is what the deal is

That’s right, you have the young gaming with the old(er), white people gaming with black people, men and women, Asian countries gaming with the EU, North Americans gaming with South Americans. Much like world sporting events like the Wolrd Cup, or the Olympics will bring together different nations in friendly competition, (note the recent Asian Cup; Iraq vs. Saudi Arabia, no violence there) we come together. The differences being, we are not divided by our nationalities and we do it 24-7, and on a personal level.

We are a community without borders and without colours, the spirit and diversity of the gaming community is one that should be looked up to, a spirit and diversity other groups should strive toward.

wow this is an awful topic.

you realize there's a youtube one RIGHT THERE for what you're listening to.

jesus christ man I feel bad for calling you out in particular but man this forum is bad.

edit: like as neat as this and the gimmick and everything your topic sucks dude. this isn't 9/11 and while this isn't the strictest forum some fucking effort. it's not like youtube didn't launch their own huge version of this like last month or that there isn't something to talk about in regards to collaborative video efforts via strangers and everything but no MY GRAMMA SENT ME A LINK I THOUGHT IT WAS NEAT???

and if nothing else i'm really confused why it's filmed like a pseudo-busking experiment when everyone is clearly using very nice equipment to record.

We Are The World was shot in front of a live Madrid audience for no reason???

also, this wasn't an internet collaboration. i'm pretty sure the recording team traveled to each of these places to put it together. i think many of these artists are somewhat poor and the equipment was provided for them, and it's meant to also show the local flavor of the locations where these people are playing.

playingforchange.com

i honestly don't get why this information is necessary to understand their choice of location though

the youtube ones really blow. I'll link a recent one if I can find it, it was horrible. there's a pork and beans element in there. but this is good, it seems genuine and they were actually successful. yeah this is good

guys my mom forwarded me a youtube, let me make a topic ~this topic.

w/e who gives a fuck. what the fuck difference does any of this make.

i'll take why forums are shitty for 100 alex.

seriously you posted a music video forward from your grandmother like two topics above the topic of people posting music videos. you then didn't say anything at all about it.

and just a day ago you got mad at ATARI for asking about using the FTP as a dumping ground for his own shit buuuut it's like you wandered into the music forum and dropped an email attachment.

the fact that no one reads the youtube music vid thread is why it's one of my least favorite threads but if i have to pick between ragnar dumping weird goa remixes of Jadakiss no one talks about and posts where the person doesn't even tell you what song you're about to click on because their grandma sent "Fwd: Funny Vid Of Music Collab" i'm probably going to call out the second.

its not that cool because i actually listen to music my grandmother didn't send me in the mail and don't think false multiculturalism covering a song under the guise of LOOK WE FOUND BUSKERS (ALL SINGING IN ENGLISH COVERING A SONG YOU'VE HEARD A THOUSAND TIMES IN THE ELEVATOR) is interesting at all when its been done a thousand fucking times in the last year alone and finding out its under the guise of some bullshit charity event makes this seem more like WE ARE THE WORLD than something that at least point to a real charitable donation to the world and when you're getting owned by SARAH MCLAUGHLIN dude your topic blows. if I wandered into code forum and said "my mom made a myspace page" and it was MYSPACE LAYOUT BY BLINGEE you would give me just as much shit and this attitude of chillax is hilarious because if this was shitty metal you all would be like GR what the fuck.

seriously are you going to google lady smith black mambazo and freak out now or something.
